So I found this... ages ago, and for some reason never faved it, or whatever, and found it again in my search for refs.

Ive got a question:
Would it be okay if I used this for reference for my character I am currently working on and base it fairly similar to him?

I kinda just want his face, and very few bits of his personality. Optimism and his mechanical ability only, most likely since I was looking for a reference to androids and mechanics first and foremost. (He was one of the first for each search while I was doing my searching!)

Everything else will be tweaked dramatically. I wouldn't be using any the same name, height, age, habits, likes or hates, nor any of the extras including his weapons. literally all I'd use is his face. Sweating a little...

you've drawn him so well to what Ive been looking for for reference!

This also-maybe- won't even be published anywhere, minus on a flashdrive for my own personal writings that no one sees. If I do end up actually posting it, I will mention your design for a reference for many things that I use in similarities to your Myles. I just really wanted to check with you before I went through with it in case you aren't alright with this. Id hate to cause problems from me not asking in advance.

It you aren't I can totally figure something else out. I don't need this reference at all. I just really admire this character's appearance and would love to use it for writing practice and writing prompt and such. If you're alright with some of this ^^ but not others that's alright too and I can tweak that also or find things elsewhere. I really would hate to cause problems just for a similar design to what I was searching for that I found randomly.
